baby girl is two months old now and i am loving the smiles she's starting to give me! i feel like she has grown up so much in the last month. she seems to be calming down a bit - less crying time, more alert, quiet time - thank goodness.
i'll be honest, those first several weeks were rough with the reflux, and the nursing, and the not sleeping and the fussiness in general. but we have figured some stuff out and things are looking up for us. yay! now we are starting to venture out into the big wide world instead of living in our little home-cave day after day. the sun is good for us. and rumbi too...poor thing.
we can't wait for even warmer days ahead!

I hear ya!! The first few weeks with baby # 1 were so hard for me- I even told Dan that if this is what being a mom required I couldn't have anymore. But, the memories of the fussy sleepless nights fade so fast because they get overshadowed with how sweet and fun they are. Hope you're doing well!! She is such a cutie!! I bet you just squeeze her( but not too hard:) all the time!!
oh my gosh, she looks so big already! that picture is too cute, I need to see her again! soon. wow, where does the time go. I can just see a blog post about her 2nd birthday! don't ever wish a day away....seriously. one day you'll wake up and have a teenager and wonder how in the heck it happened over night!
Naomi without mittens on her hands :) jk...I realize that's why she has such a blemish free complexion. She is a doll. Glad I could visit a while back.
Sheesh--that little Steve Jr. is so dang cute.
That expression on her face is so darling! I'm hoping for some snuggle time with Naomi at the shower on Saturday.
Ok Lizzy, that is the first pic I've honestly seen of her that looks like you in there:) She has always looked so much like Steve, but I see you in there girl!!! She is so cute and where are these darling little milestone onesies coming from!? Are you making them? So cute! I need one for Tues when Claire is one month!:)
Hey Liz, congratulations! Baby Naomi is totally beautiful. I have always thought you would be SUCH a good mom. I can't wait to see more of your new life!
