naomi is really starting to take notice of her furry little friend.
and he's always got his eyes on those itty bitty socks.
rumbi truly is such a good dog. he never tries to get too close to the baby. he only just sniffs her for a second and then he's back in my lap. or sitting at my feet. or curled up on the opposite side of the boppy. it seems like he pretty much understands that "baby comes first" and even though he's not happy about it he has come to terms with it. but the second baby goes down for a nap or even just a diaper change rumbi seizes the moment, jumping into my temporarily vacant lap.
lucky for me, naomi will track him with her curious little eyes for a good amount of time now. well, at least long enough for me to eat breakfast with two hands.

Sweet Rumbi - I love that picture of him just looking at the new "pup". A girl and her dog - is there anything happier than having "someone" who loves you unconditionally?
I wish I could get a puppy for my boys!!
ok that picture of them for the first time is so freaking precious! I love it! what a great photo to have for years later! so sweet! I have a feeling once that itty bitty girl gets bigger than rumbi and is much more curious and tries to pick him up, grab him, chase him, he's not gonna want to be bff's anymore!
