so last week we {plus two more} took a little trip to this place...

and stayed here...

we had so much fun. we built sand castles...


took pictures
went kayaking

played in the ocean

wrote messages in the sand
climbed 1500 stairs
took jumping pictures

played boggle

rode in golf carts
ate nachos

and sipped on pina coladas.

we also saw...

giant iguanas and swear word trees

rode zip-lines

watched movies in bed {yes, all 5 of us in one bed. it was cozy.}

AND went to the Liberia, Costa Rica festival with all the locals. where...

we almost died from riding unsafe, metal carnival rides run by sketchy, transient Costa Rican men

hit little Costa Rican children in bumper cars

and danced til we got rill sweaty and disgusting.

although we were wet 99% of the time {from swimming, the rain or just plain sweat} it was truly a vacation of the gods. i highly recommend staying at the four seasons and being waited on hand and foot. all day. everyday. that is the life.
