that is... i am now 24!

seriously i love my birthday. it is prolly the best day of the year. every year. and usually i try to stretch it out as long as i can.
this year the festivities started out on friday. where some of my homies and i gathered at marrcrest for a bbandb. {bed. breakfast. and birthday} some people my age think that slumber parties are a thing of the past...they must be taking crazy pills because it is ALWAYS the best way to go!
day 2 -- saturday morning we made my favorite breakfast -- eggs benedict! yumyum.
then stelle, cassie and i went on a 4 hour long rollerblading trip which included stops at the library, orem summer carnival, and riverwoods mall. to finish off a perfect day cassie and i spent the rest of the evening watching the first season of dawson's creek. ahhh.
going on day 3 -- sunday i had dinner with the fam. my sister recreated the most delicious appetizer {from our visit to the cheesecake factory}... avocado eggrolls. it was incredibly wonderful. i am so grateful to have such a sweet sis to make me whatever my heart desires! to top it off curtis and angela gave me a gift certificate to rocky mountain chocolate factory {among other fantastic items} and you all know how much i LOVE that place!
monday -- my actual b-day! richie rich surprised me with a generous offering of $$ to help pay for EUROPE. what a sweet daddy i have! so so lucky. then it was off to work for me. wasn't that bad, considering i got free cafe rio for lunch and a chocolate cake. after work i met up with the girls at mimi's {love that place} and cassie made me the most glorious ice cream cake! seriously it was the best. who doesn't love a 4-day long birthday extravaganza?

Liz, I think you need another post. I keep checking your blog and seeing that yummy cake... that was dang good cass!!! Anyway, I love you and I think you're the coolest thing since slice bread. Fo real. How's 24? Feels the same as 23, 22, and 21 huh?
