for christmas last december i surprised my sister with tickets for us to go and see WICKED {the broadway musical} in Denver. finally may 26 rolled around and we got use them! 
so we packed up our stuff and buckled yousef {my nephew} up in the back and we were on our way. 
of course we couldn't go to downtown denver without a stop at the cheesecake factory. yumyum.
then over to longmont to see rachel's darling little place. she is such an amazing friend--not only did she and spencer feed us but they also babysat yousef while we went to the show! hopefully sweet ella wasn't too bugged to have a 2-year-old playing with her toys and giving her "hugs" {that were more like choke holds}.if you haven't seen WICKED then you must make it happen. i heard a rumor that it might be hitting SLC this coming fall. so keep your eyes peeled. and if you need someone to go with, you know who to call...

oooh dontcha just love Wicked!!! spencer and i saw it on a whim in atlanta last summer. it is just too good for words.

wicked this, wicked that...my sis is obsessed with it too. i'm glad you had a fun trip and i'm excited to see you tomorrow (but still act surprised when i get there...it is fun)

It was a treat to have you all here. Thank you for making the drive up to see us here in little ol Longmont. We LOVE YOU!!! And it was wonderful babysitting...Yousef was so very good:)
I believe Wicked is coming to Utah in August 2008. I hope I can get tickets
Umm... pretty sure I have see the Wicked on 3 separate occasions. Yes, some may call me a nerd, others a groupie and still others a raging lunatic. But I have no qualms about defending my love of the show. It is a delight!
