gourmet caramel apples from rocky mountain chocolate factory. honestly they should hire me as their spokesperson. I consume more than frequently and I never share. I have quite a weakness for these yummies. I like the idea of taking a healthy snack such as an apple and dipping it in caramel AND chocolate, then rolling it in crumbly oreos, chopped peanuts, bite-size snickers {whatever strikes your fancy}. it makes me feel slightly rebelious but at the same time a little bit proud, because after all it is an apple.sad that this is on my mind before we've even hit mid-day.

Oh! That I could eat a caramel apple right now... well not until the braces come off. oh poop! I love love love choco coverd strawberries. So glad i can still eat those.
Amen Miss Liz. There is a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in the Mall of America: complete with caramel apples. That's right! So I can also get my fix. Now the only food I miss is Rio! But there are P-lenty of other distractions. Nice pic too.
